About This Course

Foundations of Project Management is a complete, self-paced introduction to modern project delivery. Seven modules cover what makes projects (and project managers) different, predictive, agile and hybrid life cycles, and then walk the full arc of delivery: initiating with a business case and charter, planning scope, schedules, budgets and risk, executing while monitoring performance, closing with lessons learned, and leading teams with professional responsibility throughout. The course ends with a capstone project simulation that ties every phase together.
