About This Course

Youth Leadership & Advocacy treats young people as leaders of today, not tomorrow. Eight modules build progressively: grounding a personal leadership identity, understanding what advocacy really is (and how it differs from awareness-raising), core skills of communication, decision-making and teamwork, mapping stakeholders and power, designing a complete advocacy campaign with SMART goals, using digital tools responsibly, leading ethically and inclusively, and sustaining impact through monitoring and well-being. Each module includes real case examples and reflective activities, culminating in a capstone advocacy project.
