About This Course

Finance & Financial Management Systems builds financial literacy from first principles to boardroom practice. Eight modules cover the financial system and the manager's role, the three core financial statements and ratio analysis, the time value of money, how financial management systems and internal controls work, capital budgeting (NPV, IRR, payback), working capital management, debt-versus-equity financing, and financial markets, risk and regulation. Knowledge checks after each module consolidate the learning before the final assessment.
